Elevate Your
Strength Journey
We are a driven community focused on building lasting strength through expert-led training, purposeful movement, and a journey that extends far beyond the gym.
We train with purpose, lift with intent, and grow together.
Powerlifting Club is a student-led strength community based at the University of St. Gallen. It is a place where athletes, beginners, and strength-curious individuals train with purpose, connect through shared progress, and push boundaries together.
Today, our mission extends beyond lifting. We unite strength development, recovery science, nutrition, fatigue management, and mental resilience into a transformative journey, empowering individuals to thrive in sport, business, and life. Through small-group coaching, expert-led workshops, and international partnerships, we deliver actionable strategies that build lasting performance and unlock human potential.
