Our first official Powerlifting Club workshop is officially in the books — and with 49 participants, it was a full-house success. Special thanks to @hsg_fitnessclub for partnering with us to make it happen. We kicked things off with a standout session led by @juliluko — Swiss national gold medalist, Vice President of the Swiss Powerlifting Association (@kdkschweiz), and elite-level strength and nutrition coach. Julian delivered a masterclass on peak performance, sharing science-backed strategies to build strength, sharpen focus, and optimize recovery. From beginners to experienced lifters, every participant left with actionable tools to fuel both body and mind, ready to apply the learnings beyond the gym.
